A: Orders can only be changed if the items haven't shipped yet. We ship our orders the same business day (if ordered before 1pm EST) or next business day (if ordered after 1pm EST). Please contact our customer support with your request + order # immediately to attempt a change.

A: Discount Codes must be entered at the checkout page. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. Discount codes or gift cards must be applied at time of checkout. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
NOTE: Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

A: Out suppliers restock frequently, check back in a few days or contact support and they can send you and email notification when the item is back in stock.

A: Yes! We use a platform which has a 128 bit SSL certificate that is used by the store shopping cart. In addition, our hosting and software is Level 1 PCI compliant.
